Cancellation Policy

At Whitney's Hair Lab Salon we require a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment.

Salon Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period on all services.

​

Whitney's Hair Lab extends services to ages 10+

​

No children under the age of 10 is allowed.

​

Paying the deposit and scheduling your appointment means you have read and agree to Whitney's Hair Lab policies

Color Policy 

​

Color appointments require a consultation unless you're requesting an all over black color.  

​

Custom colored hair extension are required to be dropped off one week prior to the scheduled appointment.​​​

Client Satisfaction Guarantee/ Refund

No refunds. Deposits are not refundable if you decide to cancel.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us so we can offer an adjustment. At this appointment, at no charge to you, we will work with you to make the results to your satisfaction. Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Please contact us in order to book an adjustment service within 3 business days of your original appointment to qualify for this services.

Deposits will be returned within 3-5 business days, If your appointment is canceled by Whitney's Hair Lab.
