We will began with a deep scalp cleanse that will free your hair follicles of any dandruff, dirty and oils. Followed with a hair mask/ mint hydro therapy treatment. This will restore your hair with plenty of moisture to help combat dryness and breakage in the hair shaft. We use salon professional leave-in conditioners that will help seal in moisture and protect your hair from heat damage before blow drying your hair to maximum length. Using the combo; titanium flat iron and the one pass technique, your hair will be silked out to perfection. A trim/cut will give your hair the ultimate restart you need to get back on a healthy track. Don't be afraid to get rid of your bad ends. We assure you will be apart of the decision how much to take away. The finishing style will be up to your discretion. Silk Press may last up to 3 weeks depending on your hair texture, routinely activities and how you take care of your hair. You may choose any style middle part, side part, or versatile (this is no part, just your front hairline left out for a flip over look. Its recommend you have a healthy hair line for this style.). High quality bundles are recommended to achieve the best results and to assure your style will last as long as the recommend time frame of 6 weeks +. You may choose any length of hair you desire. 3 bundle minimal is required for any style of quick weave. 28"+ 4 bundle minimal is recommend for a full look. 2 pack minimal of store brand pack hair is required. Please see the Hair Recommendation page on this website. You do not have to wash this hair. If you are receiving a bob cut a minimal of 2- packs or 3 bundles of hair in 12 or 14". No 10" hair please. If you opt into using quality bundles, yes you will be able to reuse the hair for future installs. Please wash new or reused bundles prior to the appointment. Wash them 3x, condition 1x and rinse well. Allow to air dry. If not the stylist will do so for you at the appointment and this time will be added to your service total. If you are requesting a treatment, trim or all over black color for your natural hair be added to your appointment, please book the Top Tier service. Washing and blow drying services are complementary! If you would like to reduce your service time you may skip this part of the service, hair must be freshly washed, blow dried straight with absolutely no oil or debris on the hair or scalp. Ending total for service will depends on the length of time it takes to complete your service. BASE RATE; $175 for 3 hours, every half hour after becomes $35.00.

Depending on quality of hair you purchase and how you take care of your install it can last 10 weeks + with touch up services scheduled. A color consultation is required to book if you want to receive a color service at Whitney's Hair Lab. This is to ensure your expectations are always met. A color consultation is a complimentary appointment for you and your stylist to discuss color options and pricing and a service date. Arrive at your consultation appointment with clean, blown out hair Please have a minimal of 3 different pictures of the color you're trying to achieve. If bundles are being custom colored please bring them to this appointment. Color services time includes a deep conditioning treatment, trim/cut blow dry and style Ending total for service will depends on the length of time it takes to complete your service. Style may last 2 weeks + depending on texture of hair, quality of hair purchased and how you take care of it. Traditional ponytail: Will require 1-pack of 16" or longer or 1-bundles 16" or longer. There will be a in person consultation before the service starts. This is a semi high maintenance service and you must be dedicated to maintenance appointments to be considered a good candidate. Texturize or Flash Relaxer is a mild version of a chemical hair relaxer The product loosens the natural curl pattern, not completely straightening the hair like a relaxer will do. I use Affrim relaxing system. Deposits are non-refundable, so if you decide to cancel your appointment please remember, you will not receive a refund or credit. 30 days in advance. The schedule opens every 30 days. For example if the date is Dec. 6th, the furthers date in advance you will be able to schedule an appointment is Jan.5th.

Parking Options: 1. Paid meter street parking is available in front of the salon. It is recommended you download the MPLS parking app. 2. Ramp Parking is located on the east side of Calhoun square mall. Nearest entry is on the south corner of Girad Ave & Lake Street. 3. Please do NOT park in McDonald's lot, your will get towed.
